| Glue is applied and boards are clamped using a panel flattener for perfect alignment. |

| Solid wood panels are sized using a special planer head with hundreds of small cutters in a helical pattern to prevent chipping. |

| Both solid wood and plywood secondary sizing and machining operations are done using CNC equipment for accuracy and consistency. |
